Shipping policy

Processing Time: All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates: Standard Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination and package weight, with estimated delivery taking 5 to 10 business days.

International Shipping: We ship to international destinations, and shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are your responsibility as the customer.

Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification containing a tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Lost or Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged, please email us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. If you haven’t received your order within 15 days of your shipping confirmation, contact us support.uprightdaily@gmail.com with your name and order number so we can look into it.
